Heil og sæl

Aðalfundur Tangófélagsins verður haldinn
föstudagskvöldið 31. október.

Staður: Kramhúsið

Tími: 19.30 –20.30.

Við dönsum svo Föstudagsmilongu með hrekkjavöku þema í beinu framhaldi af fundi.  –  Praktíkan fellur niður.

Dagskrá:

  1. Fundarstjóri ákveðinn.
  2. Skýrsla stjórnar.
  3. Ársreikningar félagsins fyrir síðasta starfsár lagðir fram.
  4. (Breytingar á starfsreglum félagsins) Engar breytingar liggja fyrlr.
  5. Kosning stjórnar og skoðunarmanns.
  6. Ákvörðun árgjalds
  7. Starfs- og fjárhagsáætlun.
    1. Fastar milongur.
    2. Stærri viðburðir.
    3. Helstu kostnaðarliðir.
  8. Önnur mál.

Við viljum hvetja félagsmenn til að mæta og taka þátt í hugmyndavinnu fyrir komandi starfsár. Kosið verður í tvö varasæti stjórnar — fyrir liggja kandidatar, en að sjálfsögðu eru félagsmenn hvattir til að gefa kost á sér.

From the Board of the Tango Club:

Greetings!

The Annual General Meeting of the Tango Club will be held  Friday evening, October 31st.

Location: Kramhúsið (next to Bergstaðastræti 7).
Time: 19:30–20:30

After the meeting, we’ll dance the Friday Milonga with a Halloween theme. – The Practica is cancelled.

Agenda:

1) Chair of the meeting appointed
2) Report from the board
3) Presentation of the association’s financial statements for the previous year
4) (Changes to the association’s operating rules) — No changes proposed
5) Election of the board and auditor
6) Decision on membership fee
7) Work and financial plan
8) Regular milongas
9) Major events
10) Main expense items
11) Other matters

We encourage members to attend and take part in brainstorming for the coming year. Two alternate (reserve) board members will be elected — candidates have already been proposed, but members are, of course, encouraged to put themselves forward.
